Prepare the posting before the project starts
A temporary posting is different from hiring the employee into a French company. The foreign employer remains central to the employment relationship while France imposes specific notification, representation and document-availability obligations.
We organise the posting file around the assignment, employer and worker information. Where the rules require them, the pre-declaration is made through SIPSI and a representative in France is designated for the posting period.
Posting rules include exceptions and special cases. For example, some own-account postings are exempt from the prior declaration and representative requirement, so the assignment is reviewed before any filing is made.
